Tenant Fees
Choice DSS Lettings Ltd is a let-only agent and does not charge tenant fees.
We do not charge tenants application fees, administration fees, referencing fees or viewing fees.
In some cases, a deposit of up to one month's rent may be paid by a third party on behalf of a tenant. Any such deposit is not held by Choice DSS Lettings Ltd and will be paid directly to the landlord, property provider, deposit scheme or relevant third party.
Landlord Fees
Our landlord letting fee starts from 5% of the annual rent, depending on the property and the service agreed.
The fee is calculated as a percentage of the rent agreed with the landlord. The exact percentage and any minimum fee will be confirmed in writing before we begin work.
We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not currently added to our fees.
We do not charge tenants application fees, administration fees, referencing fees or viewing fees.
Registration Disclaimer
Submitting a registration form does not guarantee that accommodation will be offered.
All accommodation is subject to availability, suitability, affordability, landlord approval, referencing and any other checks required.
Choice DSS Lettings Ltd may contact applicants where we believe a suitable property may be available, but we are not obliged to offer accommodation to every applicant who registers.

In some cases, a third party may pay a deposit of up to one month's rent on behalf of a tenant - directly to the landlord.
